How do you define your personal approach to beauty?

Consistent, quality and simple

Can you share a non-negotiable in your beauty routine?

Lymphatic drainage! Everything changed when I discovered dry body brushing and Gua Sha. Also vitamin C has made such a noticeable real time difference to my skin.

Which Tronque product do you find yourself using most often, and what makes it a standout in your routine?

I am loving the scar concentrate for my caesarean scar. It’s too early for any significant change but I have already noticed a reduction in redness which is more than any other product or massage has done for it in the past 4 months.

Quickfire Questions

Favourite self-care indulgence when you need a reset?
Oh an Everything Shower! usually on Fridays. The best way to start a weekend (with a glass of wine or a baked treat)

Best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
I love to say “life’s long” a lot. I don’t know where I got it, but it always brings me comfort. As well as “if it doesn’t want me, it’s not meant for me”, I use this in soo many situations and it’s also really comforting.

One book or podcast you’re loving right now?
After Work Drinks. Those ladies just get mee.
If you could teleport anywhere for a weekend, where would you go?
I saw a TikTok of someone spending the weekend in Maine- it was a lot of thrifting and eating good food by the seaside. Staying in gorgeous accommodation. I’ve wanted to go on a Nile River cruise in Egypt for the longest time. Maybe for my 40th? A week of wearing chic loose clothing sailing on a Dahabiyas witnessing the sights.

Last song you had on repeat?
Definitely Hot Potato lol if it were up to me, Olivia Dean- Nice to Eachother.
