LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE SCULPTED ROUTINE

Tronque Body Lymphatic Drainage Ritual

with Ionic Dry Brush & Body Gua Sha

This ritual supports lymphatic flow, helps reduce puffiness, improves circulation, and leaves your skin feeling invigorated and your body renewed. For best results, repeat 2–3 times per week or whenever your body craves gentle stimulation and release.

Step 1: Prepare

Begin with clean, dry skin. Stand in a warm, comfortable room and take a few deep breaths — grounding yourself and setting an intention for your ritual.

Step 2: Dry Brush

Using your Tronque Dry Brush, work in gentle, sweeping strokes always moving towards the heart to follow the body’s natural lymphatic pathways.

  • Start at the feet: Use long, upward strokes from the tops of your feet to your ankles, then up your calves toward the knees.

  • Move to the thighs: Brush from knees upward towards the groin, using firm but gentle strokes.

  • Stomach: Use clockwise, circular motions around the abdomen to encourage digestive flow.

  • Arms: Begin at the hands and brush upwards toward the shoulders.

  • Back & Sides: Reach around and brush upwards along your lower back and sides towards the underarms.

This step stimulates surface circulation and preps the skin for deeper work with your body gua sha.

Step 3: Apply Body Oil or Serum

After dry brushing, apply your chosen Tronque Body Oil, Scar Concentrate, or Triple Active Body Milk — whichever aligns with your skin’s needs. This provides slip for the gua sha and infuses skin with nutrients while supporting lymphatic release.

Step 4: Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage

Holding your Body Gua Sha, use gentle, gliding strokes along the same pathways as your brush:

  • Legs: Glide the tool from the ankles upwards along the calves, then from the knees up the inner and outer thighs toward the groin. Use light to medium pressure.

  • Abdomen: With very gentle pressure, sweep in clockwise circles around your belly button, then sweep diagonally from the lower belly up toward your heart.

  • Arms: Start at the wrists and sweep upwards towards the elbows and then shoulders.

  • Sides & Flanks: Glide the gua sha up the side of your torso towards the underarms — this is where many lymph nodes sit. Pause and gently press here to help encourage lymph flow.

  • Neck & Collarbone: Finish by gently sweeping from the base of the neck downwards along the sides towards the collarbones, then sweep towards the heart to complete the drainage pathway.

Step 5: Finish & Breathe

Take a moment to stand or lie quietly. Breathe deeply, sip water, and let your body integrate the ritual. This gentle stimulation supports the lymphatic system’s natural ability to clear stagnation, reduce puffiness, and revive skin’s vitality.

Tip: Always use light to medium pressure — the lymph system responds best to gentle, rhythmic movement rather than deep force.
